Who is Jewelry Unlimited?

Jewelry-Unlimited, Inc. is an established private company located in Atlanta, GA that specializes in fine diamond jewelry and luxury watches. We collectively have over 25 years of knowledge and experience within the jewelry industry, including over 15 years through our various retail stores within the Atlanta-Metro area. Jewelry-Unlimited, Inc. has been selling quality diamond jewelry and watches on eBay since 2003, with over 25,000 orders placed to date. Our eBay Store has been nominated for the coveted title “Titanium Seller” since 2009.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping internationally to the following countries: Mexico, Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, S. Korea. Feel free to contact us if you are not within one of these countries, and you are interested in purchasing items on our site. We are able to make exceptions for individuals in certain circumstances.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major are Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal Express.

Are the Watches Authentic?

Yes, All our watches are 100% authentic and made by the manufacturer.  We only deal in brand-name watches with or without genuine natural diamonds.  All Watches will come with original paperwork and manufacturer’s box, as provided by the manufacturer upon purchase.  Pre-Owned watches may not come with the original boxes and papers (the listing will specify what comes with the watch).

What will be the processing time?

All orders will be shipped out after our normal processing times (3-5 business days handling time for jewelry and 5-7 business days handling time for watches). In order to ensure a secure transaction, some card payments may be subject to further verification. In case additional verification is needed on your order, our team will reach out to you within 1-2 business days requesting a copy of your photo ID and the card used to place the order. This process takes 24-48 hours from when the documents are provided and is exclusive of handling/processing time.

What is a Custom Watch?

We customize many brand-name watches to buyer preferences.  A custom watch is when we take a brand new or pre-owned factory watch and add diamonds to it.  This process of upgrading the watch is very popular in our luxury watches brands – Such as Rolex, Breitling, Hublot, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, and Gucci.  We specialize in customizing these watches as per your preference.  Feel free to contact us if you would like to customize your very own watch.
